Completed 2024Nestled in Dutchess County, this home is a study in balance between architecture and landscape. Inspired by its sweeping Hudson Valley views, the design embraces a palette of natural materials and soft textures that mirror the surrounding forest and fields. Expansive glazing, grounded forms, and thoughtful spatial flow allow nature to lead - inviting light, air, and calm into every room.
“It was all about extending the views by widening and elongating windows and making it a lot more modern.”
“Tenenbaum Cline then developed an earthy material palette designed to complement both the natural setting and the couple’s collection of art, music and heirlooms.”
“Tenenbaum Cline said the artisans’ work blends traditional craftsmanship with midcentury modern influences and subtle whimsy, qualities that felt appropriate for the homeowners.”
